Anne Haigis

Anne Haigis - Good Day for the Blues - 2007 - Verlag Plaene

The German born vocalist and musician, Anne Haigis has been singing on stage since the 1980’s. She lives in Bonn. She had commercial success in the eighties, mostly with songs in her native German. In the nineties, most of her songs are sung in English. "Good Day for the Blues" is quite a good blues rock album, and includes well sung covers of Bob Seger's "Like A Rock," Rickie Lee Jones' great "Chuck E's In Love, " and Keith Richards' "You Got The Silver." Buy her "Homestory"album. It's a very good recording, and demonstrates Anne Haigis' voice at it's best. Any info on this album would be very welcome by A.O.O.F.C, especially musicians and instruments.
