Fast Johnny Ricker

Fast Johnny Ricker - Drivin' Me Blue - 1994 - Red Hot Records

Fast Johnny Ricker from Kansas City is a first class blues rock guitarist specialising in slide guitar. He holds the title of Best Electric Guitar In The Midwest. The Tulsa Blues Society News described him as having "the grittiness of Jimmy Thackery, the raw power of Jimi Hendrix, and the depth of Stevie Ray". He plays mainly in Texas blues and Delta blues styles, although his music has been described as experimental, with elements of psychedelic rock. He has performed with or opened for artists that include Bo Diddley, Tab Benoit, Coco Montoya, Tommy Castro, Sonny Landreth, and Canned Heat. "Drivin' Me Blue" is a very good blues rock album from Fast Johnny, bassist Jack Nelson, and drummer, Beth Robinson. Good to hear blues rock music played in the traditional trio style. Audio volume on this album varies from track to track, but nothing to ruin your enjoyment. Buy FJR's "Arise & Dig" album. The guy is definitely worthy of promoting

Excelent album but track # 1 is uncomplete, has only 2 minutes or so and breaks with all the other tracks, it's a shame. Can you fix it?

Tks in advance!!!

Hi,Luis. The Track 1 length is 2:33, and not the longer length as originally stated. Try link above, and thanks
